What do you think of Cole for a boys name?

The only name my husband and I can settle on is Cole for a boy.


Our baby is due 6th Oct. For some reason I like names beginning with C or K.


Any other suggestions for boys, my surname is Taylor and hes middle name will be Charlie.

it's alright...but let's spell it ghetto style...Qoal or Coahl...or K-ole...or Prince Koal Muhamod Taalur or ....Cole just doesn't say enough...c'mon be creative...I got it! ...Qoal Khar-lee Taalur

Reply:I think Cole is a great name for a boy! It would be what we were naming our son (if we're having one) if we weren't going to name him after our two grandfathers (Noah Zaccheus)! I'm not a big fan of the middle name Charlie but I'm assuming it's a family name? Also, a name you might like is Cason/Kason. It's pronounced like Jason, just with a K sound. I love that name too, I think it's unique, but not overly wierd.

I think Kason Charlie flows better than Cole Charlie, personally. But they're both great names!

Reply:Personally I dont like Cole, due to a personal feeling towards a person with that name....besides Cole Charlie does not sound that good together, in my opinion.


A friend of mine has a son names Austin James, and calls him AJ, and today she had twins....the boy is Rylend Alexander..and the girl is still undecided.

If you like Cole and want to keep the name Charlie, why not go with something like Colton. You can always call him Cole or Colt.

You could call him Oscar. Mine popped out a girl, so we didn't get to use that name. It's still available.





I don't know of anyone called Cole who didn't have a drug problem.
