any name can be used for naming files in windows but a few filenames can't b used by just trying to rename like CON, AUX, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, PRN or NUL.
to name any folder/file with the name con type "mkdir con\" in command prompt
