Two names that are definitely in my top 6 names that I WILL use that are unusual: Errol (like the actor Errol Flynn) and Faolan (fowl-in, it means little wolf in Welsh).
Reply:I like Nero (which means black in Italian) a lot, and I like Jasper, Ari, Shane and River. Hmm.... I LOVE the name Carlisle, but it'd be hard for the kid until they were older. I might name a kid one of these... but maybe not. :)
