What do you think of the boys name 'Creed' (Latin/English origins meaning belief or guiding principle)?

Does it sound strange to you or neat for a little boy/man?

I don't care for it, but then again, if I just met someone named Creed, I would accept it and not really think twice about it.
Reply:Ummm...I really don't like it because it seems a bit too faith-based for me. Think about it, if your son decides to go into religious studies or the clergy, wouldn't that sound a bit cutesy then?
Reply:I know a Creed Morgan (first%26amp;middle) I like it.
Reply:it's very nice, good luck
Reply:Sounds too much like Greed. How about Credo?
Reply:It is strange sorry it sounds like the boy might have a sister called Critter. Honestly the meaning sounds better than the name.
Reply:not the best name but not the worst name
Reply:HONESTLY I DONT LIKE IT........
Reply:Its cute
Reply:no sounds creepy
Reply:creed sounds horrible

Creoda

Its meaning it okay
Reply:I don't really like it.
Reply:After thinking about it for a bit, I think it's quite a cool name! It would be nice paired with a traditional middle name like "Creed Michael" or "Creed Joseph." I like it!
Reply:reminds me of a combination of greed and crude. neither are attractive, so i don't like the result, despite it's meaning.

it just is an ugly name.
Reply:terrible. Like that one hit wonder rock band. U never want to name a child after a bad band, in my opinion.
Reply:If you really like it, use it as a middle name. I think it's a little strange. I'm glad to see you write "man", because too many people choose "baby names" for someone who will be a baby for such a short time!
Reply:It makes me think of Apollo Creed from the Rocky movie. Or the rock band.
