Do you see the name Jamari as being a girls or boys name?

I was thinking about naming my baby this if I have a boy but when I look it up on most websites, it has it listed as a girls name.

I think it definitely sounds like it would be for a boy. It reminds me of the name "Omari" which I know a lot of boys are named :)

it can go for both boy or girl


do not care what they have to say on the internet...it is what you think and feel suits best counts more...
Reply:I like it for a boy, it doesn't matter what the sites say, it is how you feel. Boy! I have also heard Amari for a boy, so....do what you feel. Also I have a guy friend named Jamarr.
Reply:i think its a guys name, jamaro, or jamari sound guy. jamara sound girl.
