Reply:Rowen is a masculine Gaelic boy's name. Nothing feminine, girl, or unisex about it. It is horrid on a little girl.





Rowena, on the other hand, is a female's name, and is lovely on a girl.





[Edit] Changing the spelling does not change that it is a male's name. In fact, Rowan is the original. Rowen is a respelling. They both are male names.
