Do you like this for a boys name?

Brendan Connor Smith

or have any other suggestions? Should it bother me that his initials would be B.S?? Any thoughts?

Do you like this for a boys name?
Yeah, that would bother me.. the initial thing.. I think you should stay far from that unless you are not too worried about him getting his feelings hurt and getting picked on one day. What about switching the first two to be Conner Brendan Smith.?
Reply:It's cute but very "late 80's or early 90's". I prefer either really old names or really new names but that's just me. If you can see yourself saying it fifty thousand times a day, go for it!
Reply:I think it is waaay to common. Maybe I would like it more if the first name were Connor.
Reply:Take it from me, a guy who's name is Brandon Smith. It's a great name. I have no problem having the initials B.S.
Reply:I like it alot. If the initials bother you, just be sure to use his middle initial too. B.C.S. I kinda like that too.
Reply:Zephyrin Connor Smith? He will make something of himself.
Reply:It shouldn't bother you that the initials are BS, because most people won't even notice it, unless you start calling him by his initials. Personally I don't care for the name Brendan. What about:

Mark Connor

James Connor

Sam Connor
Reply:Good one....2 snaps in a circle!
Reply:If his initials are B.S., you have to take in consideration that kids will make fun of him. Children can be cruel.

Brendan Conner Smith is a wonderful name, though.

I have a suggestion for a name--

Dior. It means "golden one" or "golden boy".

Also, Lucien, which means "light" and Pierre.

You should choose the name you feel will be the best, the one you like the best.

Good luck!
Reply:yeah thats a possibility but go with what you like, maybe switch the the first and middle
Reply:I like Conner Smith
Reply:how about Connor Brendan Smith, then his intials wouldn't be BS and you'd still have the two names you like
Reply:I think your name is fine. The B.S. may be a small problem but I doubt it will ever be noticed unless he makes a point of telling someone. I really prefer names that are a bit off the beaten path. I named my son Royd. He has only met one other with the same name. I offered to pay the cost for a name change and he was having no part of it. He said he liked not having to share his name with half the people he met.

I have a niece whose initials are T.N.T. Yep, just like the explosive.

I think it is great that you want to make a name as individual as the DNA.
Reply:i think it is used too much. and about the initials, i would worry about if i were you because kids (or just anybody) can be cruel and make fun of your child.

how about

jacob

ulisses

Reply:i love it. beautiful choice.
Reply:ooooooooooooooooo i love it. yes, yes, yes..................YES!
Reply:i like, steve smith
Reply:I like Brayden James Smith! If his initials...is BS...than oh well! IT is what it is! Most guys are full of BS any ways! =) (joking!)
Reply:i love it. and he'll love the initials when he's a teenager. he'll think it's funny. i have friends with weird initials like A.S.S. or P.M.S. and they always made jokes about it and used it for nicknames.

it might bug him in elementary school. but most kids dont like their names at first.

i love the name brendan connor.
Reply:I'd avoid BS initials. Kids in school can be cruel and they'll quickly pick up on that one.
Reply:umm dont call him that doesn t sound good u should name him William smith could call him bill billy or will smith lol
Reply:Wow what a coincidence! My name is Brendan and my last name is with an S. My initials are B.S. and no one makes fun of it. Great irish name you go there. And that's the correct spelling. None of the "Brenden" and "Brandon" crap.
Reply:It's great. Alternative, Braden Connor, prounounced braiden.
Reply:Sounds Great! B.C.S.
Reply:its a nice name but i am not very fond of it. here are some ideals... (im going to asume smith is the last name)

Kovan Andrew Smith

Kevin Nicholas Smith

Matthew Regan Smith

Ivan Luvdu Smith

Hunter Marcus Smith

Nicholas Colt Smith

Jeffery Kovah Smith

Regan Nicholas Andrew Smith

Hollister Luvdu Hunter Smith

Jonathan Toby Mavin Smith

and my personal favorite...

Hollister Nicholas Andrew Scott Smith

( having many middle names provides more nicknames)

good luck
Reply:I like the name, but the initials B.S. could cause him some teasing as he gets older. We decided not to name our daughter Brittany when we realized her initials would be: B.A.G.
Reply:I have a cousin who's initials are B.S. and it bothers him a lot! DON'T NAME HIM THAT IT WILL RUIN HIS LIFE! the name it self is fine though. Try something like Trevor smith (no middle name! i don't have one and know one cares! Plus I don't have to write it all the time, and I used to bet my friends five bucks that they didn't know my middle name!) lol!
Reply:I like different names my 2 boys are Cope and Steele and they each have 2 middle names which is differnt. The b.s will be cute. I also like Caden, Cade, Weston, Seal, Corbin.
Reply:love the name.....but had a g/f whose initials were B.S.

she took a real razzing growing up, and to this day, 40-odd years later people still laugh!
Reply:hmm i like it but i think i would like Connor Brendan Smith better!
Reply:I think it's an awesome name. I wouldn't worry about the initials to much. I have a friend whose initials are STD! LOl Go for it.:)
